This is such a delightful little Victorian brooch.  It was very popular in the Victorian and Art Deco era to wear such brooches. This one has the figure of a crescent moon and a bird, perhaps a swallow across it. The brooch is made of silver (tested) and is decorated with paste of graduated size. The pin works well and it is generally in good vintage condition.
